Thank you! After installing windows 11 our NVR program wouldn’t open and kept throwing the error code VCRUNTIME140_1.dll Not Found. I followed steps 1 -3 and it still wouldn’t work but as soon as I followed Step 4 and copied VCRUNTIME140_1.dll then pasted into the program folder under client it worked like a charm.
