Although it’s only been just over a month since the launch of the Galaxy A53 5G, concepts and renders of its successor, have already surfaced on the web. Leaks and rumours about the specifications and price of the device have started to show up. In March, Samsung unveiled the new Galaxy A series smartphones, including the Galaxy A53 5G.
There are no plans to release another A series device anytime soon. Samsung is currently working on its other smartphones, such as the next-generation S23 series and Z series devices. However, this doesn’t mean that Samsung is not working on a Galaxy A series device. Samsung could already be working on a Galaxy A series device for next year as these are their best-selling devices. LetsGoDigital has released concept renders of the Galaxy A54 5G, which gives an idea of what the phone would look like. Let’s take a brief look.
Samsung Galaxy A54 5G Release Date
- The Galaxy A54 5G will likely be released in March 2023. We will not see the Galaxy A54 5G until next year.
Although there is no official information regarding the release date of the Galaxy A54 5G yet, we can expect it to be released around the same time of the year as the Galaxy A53 5G and A52 5G. The Galaxy A52 5G was released back in March 2021, and the Galaxy A53 5G was released this year in March 2022. So we can expect the Galaxy A54 5G to be released by March 2023.
Samsung Galaxy A54 5G Design & Specifications
When we look at the renders from LetsGoDigital (in collaboration with Technizo Concept), we notice that the Galaxy A54 5G comes with a slightly curved display with symmetrical bezels. This display looks gorgeous but may also increase the price of the phone. We can see a tiny hole punch for the selfie camera in the top centre.
We can see a rectangular camera module on the rear with a quad-camera set up and a flash on the right. The phone will come with a Type-C port and stereo speakers. Sadly, we cannot find a headphone jack on the phone just like its predecessor.
The Exynos 1280 chipset powered the Galaxy A53 5G, but there is no information regarding the Galaxy A54 5G chipset yet. The display of Galaxy A54 5G is expected to be 6.5-inch larger, but it can be smaller as this is just speculation.

Samsung Galaxy A54 5G Pricing
- The Galaxy A54 5G may be priced at $449.99 in the US. In the UK, the Galaxy A54 5G may cost £399. In terms of Canadian pricing, the A54 5G may start at CAD 529.
When we look at the past, the Galaxy A53 5G was priced at $449.99. We can expect similar pricing for the Galaxy A54 5G. However, the actual pricing of the smartphone may not meet our expectations as Samsung may increase its price due to the expensive curved display.
