Finally, Samsung has extended the One UI 5 Beta update to the Galaxy S21 series, starting with users in South Korea and the U.K. a Few weeks ago; the company rolled out its new One UI 5 beta for Galaxy S22 series. Since it is a public beta update, the new One UI 5 software update is available for download and installation. But the public beta update for One UI is currently unavailable in India for the S21 series. As of now, it’s only available for Galaxy S22 series. Soon it will be available for Galaxy S21 series too. This beta version includes several enhancements and new features that users can expect in the stable version.
One UI 5 Beta Update on Galaxy S21 Series
As per reports, South Korea and the United Kingdom users are already receiving the One UI 5 beta update based on Android 13 on their Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra devices. This update gives users a taste of Android 13 and includes many features and enhancements for Samsung Galaxy devices. The new One UI beta update brings the Android colour palette feature, stacked widgets, opt-in notifications for individual apps, etc. The version also improves privacy, security, accessibility, and much more.
To enrol in the beta update, open the Samsung Members app, find the associated banner, or navigate to the Notices section. Once you register your details, you can expect to receive the new update notification within a few minutes. Keep in mind that this is beta software, so there will likely be bugs. So, it’s all up to you if you face any bugs or glitches after installing the beta software update.
One UI 5 Stable Update on Galaxy S21 Series
As of now, there is no actual date for the release of the One UI 5 Update. But we can assume that the stable Android 13 is expected to start arriving on Galaxy smartphones later this year. As per reports, the final update is expected to roll out to all eligible devices starting in October 2022. But, the update will first come to the Galaxy S22 series.
The latest One UI 5 update based on Android 13 is coming very soon with many new features. However, the stable update is yet to come to all eligible devices.
