Often, however, some programs slip into autostart when you don’t need them, or rarely. These applications will then run in the background after their automatic start and consume RAM, which is so precious. It is for this reason that Windows gives you the possibility to manually edit the autostart list in the task manager. From the task manager, you can choose the desired program with a left-click and then click on the “Deactivate” button at the bottom right.
2. Remove unwanted Windows 11 Apps

These processes separate interrelated blocks which results in a loss of reading speed. Defragmenting your hard disk reorganizes your data and speeds up the operation of Windows 11. This not only increases the speed, but also the lifespan of your data medium. In order to defragment a hard drive go to Windows Explorer> This PC> Right-click on the hard drive whose data you want to reorganize> Properties> Optimize> Select the desired hard disk again> Click on Optimize button.
4. Disable background apps
Windows 11 runs many background applications over time to provide you with continuous information and notifications, such as with an Email client. However, this feature takes up RAM, which has a negative impact on overall performance. Windows this time also gives the possibility to manually control the execution of the applications in the background and to deactivate this function in its entirety or for certain software.
